The incorporation of a company refers to the legal process that is used to form a corporate entity or a company. An incorporated company is a separate legal entity on its own, recognized by the law. These corporations can be identified with terms like ‘Inc’ or ‘Limited’ in their names. It becomes a corporate legal entity completely separate from its owners

Following are the steps involved in incorporation of a company.

Company is considered to be a different person  from its owners in eyes of law. it is not a natural person and is a person only in  the eyes of law, its a legal person. Incorporation of a company means giving legal form to a company/business by registering it under the law. following are the steps of incorporation of a company :-

1) choose a name for the company and to check if the name is available from the registrar.

2) draw up an AOA (articles of association ) and MOA ( memorandum of association ) for your company.

3) these documents should be signed by relevant people and also print them.

4) prepare other documents that will show name of members and directors and their addresses and the address of main office of company.

5) also sign a declaration that the information you are giving is all true.

6) pay the fees of registration of company to registrar.

7) if registrar is content that all requirements are completed, then your company will be incorporated and you will receive a certificate of incorporation.
