This is from the poem 'The bangle sellers ' by Sarojini Naidu. The bangles are compared to the rainbow tinted circles of light . When sun light falls on the colourful glass bangles, the bangles reflect the light of the sun and therefore they appear to be rainbow coloured. The literary device used in this line is metaphor.
