Work is said to be done , when a force acting on a body actually displaces it through some distance in the direction of the applied force..

W = F . d

where,

W = Work Done

F = Force applied

d = displacement

Hope it helps you out▶▶▶

Heyaaa ❤️❤️

Here is your answer:-

In English ,

It mean that some work that had been given to you is done or finished.

In physics,

◼️It is a work that is done by a force.

◼️The energy that occurs when an object is moved on a distance by a force.

◼️If force is applied but the object had no change from its place so the work is not done.

W = f . d

Whereas ,

W = work

f = force

d = displacement

Hope it helps you

Thanks
