1.Leaders must hold meetings, talk to them, ask their problems and solve them.
2.Leaders must try their best to develop their villages, specially by cleanliness.
3.Leaders must build hospitals,dispensaries, police stations,fire stations etc.
4.Leaders should award the good and punish the bad.
