Reprehensible means one who is to be blamed or one who deserve strong criticism.


For example, your parents might forgive you for your adverse actions, but they can be morally reprehensible. In this case, you can take some actions on moral ground for your children for their betterment.


Apart from that, people can also being morally reprehensible toward the government or a particular party or a specific leader.
