• Forfeited of shares ka mtlb , jabh hum market m shares issue karte h tabh Kai baar kuch shareholders jinko humne kuch shares allot kiye hue hote h vo Kai baar paise dene se mna Kar dete h ya kisi vjah se paise nhi de paate .. tabh hum unke shares ko forfeit ( japt) Kar lete h.

(In above para hum means company)

For example :

We issue 100000 shares and Aman holding 200 shares failed to pay allotment and calls money . So company forfeited it's share .

• In above question company forfeited Aman shares because he failed to pay allotment and calls money.
