Computer basically does 4 tasks. they are 1) Input 2) Process 3) Store and  4) Output.

Input : At this stage, a Computer accepts data and instructions.

Examples: A keyboard is used to get data and provide data to computer. Other examples of input devices are mouse, scanners, microphones and video cameras.

Process: CPU being the brain of computer system process the data and instructions given by the input device and converts them into useful data.

Output: Once the CPU has processed the data, it communicates the result to an output device. Output device further transforms data into useful information that we can see and use.

Examples: Monitor, printer and speakers
