The fundamental rights are of great importance to the people of India hence any  violation deserves a constitutional remedy .

If the fundamental rights of a person are violated  he has the right to to seek address from the high court or the supreme courts of India .

This courts have the authority to address the government to give direction or remedial measure over the violated rights .
