what does 99 percentile cut off in aiims enterance test means does it mean we have to get 99%marks?....plz answer only if training for exam

It means that from an individual subject of AIIMS, the marks that you secured holds that much of percentile.
In short they never reveal your true marks instead give it in the form of percentile to measure.
Then after calculating each subject's percentile, they will give an overall percentile along with the rank.

99 percentile means that you have to secure marks more than 99% of all students who appeared in the exam.
