What effect do the two kinds of charges have on each other

The 2 kinds of charges are positive and negative charge.If they have same charge on each other they will repel each other and if opposite charges they will attract each other

Positive & positive => repulsion
Positive & negetive => attraction
Negative & negetive => repulsion
negetive & Positive => attraction

See here similar types of charges are repelling each other and unlike charges are attracting each other.
So it means that :-
