While conducting a interview, a interviewer should keep a few facts in mind towards the person they are interviewing which are :
1. Comfort
How the person behaves while being interviewed.
2. Confidence
How they behaving in such situations, or how they answer any questions.
3. Looks
No matter how many people say looks don't matter, everyone knows that it does. "First impressions are the last impression."
Appearance does matters.
4. Interaction
How they interact with a large group of people or just a bunch people and also importantly how they behave when they are all by themselves.
5. Preparation
How much they have prepared themselves for the said "Interview".
-------------------------------------------
I hope this helps.
