Explanation:

Anything any hope that a person desires the most or want strongly..

A person have courage or intensity to do work only if he have hope foe something or for anything in his heart. His soul wants to keep working keep growing only if the person is alive or full of life.

When it comes on the word "force", the topic takes a U-turn because it is something through which a person is influenced or do work even if he don't want to. So, the thing that stress force upon the person for some work is must be the most desirable thing for a person, most wanted or to get some feeling of being alive.

That is, a Normal person do work because he have to go through the time or to achieve the motive of being living. Everyone is surviving in this world because they have something to do they have some work to complete if anyone don't have any goal any work in their lives then they are living their time unuseful.
