then water remain water it does produce ions h2+ and so4- ions when dissolve in water so it can't dissociate in water completely so it is not able to conduct electricity

dilute sulphuric acid is added to water, so as so to make a good conductor of electricity but,
but when dilute sulphuric acid is not added to water, the water will not be able to produce H+ ion, conduction will not occur.
