nothing much, looks like you have hurted yourself? it all depends on what kind of stick was it. if the stick is poisonous or itchy then it will start to irritate your leg but if it's a normal stick then no much problem will be caused to you.
Better to look for a doctor cuz they have better knowledge than all of us. it won't hurt or pain much they will take a pair of tongs and remove it.
make sure to clean the wound before you go.
