What happen if transpiration does not takes place in plants?

if there is no transportation in plants, there is no suction force created to absorb the water which is essential for photosynthesis

  • The upward movement of water & minerals will be difficult.
  • The cells will burst out due to excessive presence of water.
  • The temperature of the plant will not be regulated properly.
