Answer : NRC and CAA act are introduced by current govt. of India which states that all the Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists ,who migrated to India after 31 December 2014 from a Muslim majority country would be granted citizenship of India within six years.

Explanation:

but this act didn't included Muslims as right to equality is mentioned in Indian constitution. Govt. sought that how a Muslim could be discriminated in a country of Muslim  majority country. But if some of the Hindu's are still discriminated in Hindu majority country like India then why it can't be happened with Muslims. This act was total violation of "RIGHT TO EQUALITY' as mentioned in Indian constitution and this should not be followed as it will bring down the proud of India to be known as a secular country.as population of Muslims is placed at second in world then it might lead to stressful situation
