If Golgi bodies are absent in cell then the following things would happen:
-Lysosomes would not be produced
-Substances in cell would not know where to go in the cell
-plasma membrane would be affected as it needs to be grown for cell division
-packaging and transport of materials would cease to happen

Without a Golgi apparatus, there would be no lysosomes in a cell. Subsequently, the cell would not be able to digest or break down the materials left over from protein creation. This would create a lot of excess junk within the cell. If this happened, the cell wouldn't be able to live for very long.
