This condition is called as 'Uremia'.

It means when the body has excess of amino acid, urea and creatinine which should have been excreted through urine.

Some symptoms of uremia are weakness, loss of apetite, nausea, vomitting, tremors etc.

In extreme cases it leads to kidney failure or renal failure or coma or even death.
