What happens to a kinetic energy when:-
a) the mass of the body is doubled at constant velocity?
b) the velocity of the body is doubled at constant mass?
c) the mass of the body is doubled but the velocity is reduced to half?

a) K.E = 1/2 * 2m * v * v
K.E = mv^2

b) K.E= 1/2 * m * (2v)^2
K.E= 1/2 * m * 4v^2
K.E= 2 mv^2

c) K.E= 1/2* 2m * (1/2 v)^2
K.E= 1/4mv^2
