Let the intial force be F

F= G×m₁m₂÷r²

If mass of both objects is doubled, the new gravitational force (f)   f= G×2m₁×2m₂÷r² f=G×4m₁m₂÷r² f=4×G×m₁m₂÷r² f=4F  


Therefore, the gravitational force becomes 4 times.
