Hey dear friend

Area of a square field=5184m²
Area of a square=side²
5184m²=side²

Square root both the sides
✓5184=side
Side of a square=72m

Perimeter of a square=4side
Perimeter of a square=4*72
Perimeter of a square=288

Let the length of a rectangle be X and breadth of a rectangle be Y
So,
X=2Y eq.1

According to the question,
Perimeter of a square=Perimeter of a rectangle

288m=2(X+X/2)
288m=2X+X
288m=3X
X=96m

So, length=96m
breadth=96/2=48m

Now,
Area of a rectangle=length*breadth
Area of a rectangle=96m*48m
Area of a rectangle=4608m²

Length of square = 72 m
perimeter of square= 72x4
288m
perimeter of rectangle = 288m
perimeter of rectangle= 2x(l+b)
2(2x+x)=288m
4x+2x=288
6x=288
x=288/6
x/breadth=48m
length=48 x 2=96m
Area of rectangle = l x b
48 x 96 = 4608 m square
