circuit becomes complete and gives the indication of same {say by glowing of bulb connected in it}

When an electric current is passed into a conducting solution like suppose water we will know that electrolysis will take place and the water will get broken down into Hydrogen and oxygen ions.
In other conducting solutions also the same process will takes place
