NaCl and NaOH do not react with zinc granules.
HCl , H2SO4 and HNO3 are acids and they react with zinc to liberate hydrogen gas.
2HCl + Zn --> ZnCl2 + H2 (gas)
H2SO4 + Zn --> ZnSO4 + H2 (gas)
2HNO3 + Zn --> Zn(NO3)2 + H2 (gas)

zinc is more rective than hydrogen and it displace hydrogen from dil. acid.
zinc + h2so4= znso4 + h2
zn + hno3= no rec.
Zn + nacl = zncl2 + na
Zn +naoh = no. rec
