2 + 6/7 × 9 + 28/46 × 66 - 8 - 0 - 3

=> 2+54/7 + 1848/47 - 8 - 0 - 3

=> 2 × 329 + 1848 × 7 - 8 × 329 - 3 × 329÷329

=> 658 + 12936 - 2632 - 987 ÷ 329

=> 13594 - 3619 ÷ 329

=> 9975/329 .Ans.
