Answer: Co-initial Vectors: Vectors having the same initial point are called co-initial vectors. Coterminous Vectors: Vectors having the same terminal (end) point are called coterminous vectors.

Co-Terminus vectors :

Vectors who have common terminal point are called, Co terminal vectors or Co terminus vectors.

The name is given as this, can be thought derived

  • Co = together ( at the same time)
  • Terminus = end point.

So when we say, Co terminus vectors, We mean that, Vectors whose terminal point will get together at some point, in other words, Both of them have Same terminal point.

Basic concepts

  1. Scalars are the physical quantities which have only magnitude.
  2. Vectors do have magnitude and direction.
  3. Vector is represent by head and tail, head point towards the direction in which it is positioned.
