Today, constitution has become the most important article of politics. In a democracy it is the most important and supreme power. There can be constitution without democracy but democracy can't exist without a constitution. It provides a guideline to govern a state. The level of constitution is enough to define the political situation of the country. A good constitution is that in which no one enjoys limitless powers. Like the constitution of India, it gives many powers to the government and other political ranks but also put some limits on each and every power.

This make the governing fair and helps in the fight against corruption.
