A fuel which is easy to handle, easily accessible  and has an appropriate ignition temperature is said to be a good fuel.

  • Good fuel is found in nature which makes it easily available.
  • It is easily stored and transported to the market.
  • It burns very efficiently without forming residues and has a high C.V (calorific value).
  • It is very cheap at the economic level and is eco-friendly.
  • CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) is the best example of a good fuel which doesn't emit much smoke and reduces environmental pollution.
