Hey there!!!

♦Muscular tissue is a soft tissue that composes muscles in animal bodies , and give rise to the ability of muscles to contract.
♦This is opposed to other components or tissues in muscles such as tendons.
♦It is formed during embryonic development through a process known as myogenesis.
♦Muscle tissue varies with function and location in our body.

In mammals these are of three types:
• skeletol or striated muscles
• smooth or non - striated muscles
• cardiac muscles.
