The reactions that our brain takes in response to any stimulus are called as reflexes. During reflexes the information is transmitted to the brain and then processed for response. When speaking of reflex arc it involves a number of neurons, nervous system and cells.

Most reflex arcs in our body involves a number of components:-

Receptors.

Sensory neurons.

Interneurons.

Motor neurons.

Muscles.

There may still be some reflexes that may be directly connected to the motor neurons. The receptors in our body respond to any type of signal or stimulus. While some of them may also respond to the pressure. The moment any cell is compressed, the receptors simply get activated and respond to the stimuli.

the automatic imideate response to stimuli is is relax action . for eg. sneezing , vomiting ,blinking of eyes etc.
