Answer:

sub atomic particles are smaller than atoms, they can be composed particles, such as neutron and proton, elementary particles, which according to the standard model are not made of other particles, particle physics and Nuclear physics study these particles and how they interactthe concept of sub atomic particle was defined when experiments show that light could behave like a stream of particles called protons as well as exhibiting wavelike properties. this led to the the concept of wave particle duality reflect that Quantum scale particle behave like both particles and waves. Another concept, the uncertainty principle, states that some of the properties takes together, such as their position and momentum cannot be measured exactly, the wave particle duality has been show to apply not on two photons but two more massive particles as well.
