it is the period of life when body under grown changes leading to Reproduction maturity. this age starts from the age of 11 and last upto 18-19 yrs of life.

The age between 13-19 ,the teen years when several changes happen in ones Body.For example one becomes able to reproduce,several hormone's secretions increases the height increase in case of girls and the muscles of boys increases.
