India, English and Hindi are the official languages and in France, French is the official language. In India, cultural pluralism is greatly practiced i.e people follow traditional customs and respect family values. In France, family values are not followed and immorality is not a crime. In India, people are not generally involved in PDA (public display of affection) but in France, people do PDA at most of the times. In France, any sentence uttered without the words 'thank you', 'sorry', 'excuse me', 'please' etc is considered impolite. This is not the case in India.
