physical beauty is a natural gift. We inherit our looks. Structure of our eyes, ears, nose, lips, face and all the body parts are neither made by us nor we can make any adjustments unless we don't go for surgery.
So, it's so unfair that people judge us on something which we can't change. No, it's not. What matters is how you carry yourself. The way you dress up and carry your attire with confidence. This is how you can enhance your beauty. Not the bodily structure but the way you treat it, matters. So, no matter how you look, move on with confidence and correct body posture, and then you see how people see you. So, its personality that matters.

So, what about the brain?
Brain is also a gift to some extent but atleast we have the capability of nurturing and enhancing it. You can't always succeed with an unused brain. In whichever field you are in, your brain should always be active and ready to be used. You need brain for innovations in any work. There are numerous advantages of a sharp brain that we all know.
To sum it up, beauty or rather personality and brain, both goes hand in hand.
Without the quality of attracting, your sharp mind is useless and without an active brain your show off is waste.
