Cell is the fundamental unit of any living organism. Mitochondria is a cell organal, it is the respiratory place of cell. The organic subsistence which full of energy, the oxidation of these substances is completed in the mitochondria and obtained more amount of energy from it, so the mitochondria is also known as power house of the cell.
