The frame of reference that is attached to an object that is revolving in a circular path with a uniform speed is the centripetal frame of reference.

The forces on object are modified in this frame.  A pseudo force of magnitude mass times centripetal acceleration is added in the direction outward radial direction.  This is added to each object with a mass.

This frame of reference for  x,y,z,t  is not an inertial frame.  This frame of reference is useful to solve problems related to revolving objects..  Like on Earth objects also rotate along with Earth around Earth and around Sun.
