Hey Vipin here is ur answer ....
Most often the oxen used as draft animals are castrated males, but that does not mean that the word ox refers only to them, and cows and bullsmay also be used for pulling.
*The term 'bull' is the name for a male of any bovine species, and can also be used as a general term for any male animal.

While all this word refers to bovine animal. (generally all called "cow") in American English cow usually refers to the female of tge spices, "bull" specifically to un-castrated male "ox" usaully for castrated male, "buffalo" refers to an entirely different species, the American bison.
