Meat is much easier to digest than plant matter, so the tiger's system is simpler. Our digestive system is longer, and has a transverse colon. The tigers is shorter, and has no transverse colon. Other than that, though, we have all the same organs, I think. There are certainly differences in the gut flora and in the enzymes that are produced.
