Tigers, and all cats are obligate carnivores, meaning that they must eat meat and only meat. So, the differences are related to the different diets the digestive systems must process. Meat is much easier to digest than plant matter, so the tiger's system is simpler. Our digestive system is longer, and has a transverse colon. The tigers is shorter, and has no transverse colon. Other than that, though, we have all the same organs, I think. There are certainly differences in the gut flora and in the enzymes that are produced.
