Heya......!!!!

If a wave source and a reciever are moving relative to each other , the frequency observed by receiver ( n') is different from actual source frequency ( n ) . This is called Dopplers Effect .

When source and observe both are in rest then the frequency emitted by the sound and frequency observe by the observer are same But if any one or both are in motion then frequency emitted & observe are different to and the whole effect is known as the Doppler's effect.
