THE AIR THAT IS INSIDE A SHIP IS MUCH LESS DENSE THAN WATER.THAT'S WHAT KEEPS IT FLOATING. AS A SHIP IS SET IN WATER ,IT PUSHES DOWN AND DISPLACES AN AMOUNT OF WATER EQUAL TO ITS WEIGHT
