Dynamic motion means constant change in motion . In a particular case velocity of body can be constant . 

For example .. linear motion of any vehicle constantly moving with 70 km/h velocity

Dynamics is the branch of applied mathematics ( Specially classical mechanics ) concerned with the study of forces and torques and their effect on motion , as opposed to kinematics , which studies the motion of objects without reference to its causes . For example :- 1) Airplane ( Considering the thrust of air the plane is lifted ) .
