Electrons and protons have the same charge.(1.602×10^-19c)But protonsare 1840 times heavier thanelectrons.E/M of any particle decreases if the mass is increased. So the E/M of electron is higher than theproton. Alpha particle is a helium nucleus which consists two protonsand two electrons.

Answer:

In descending order of E/M (charge/mass) ratio: Electrons (1.8⋅1011Ckg−1) - Protons (9.6⋅107Ckg−1) - Alpha particles (4.8⋅107Ckg−1) - Neutrons (0.0Ckg−1) Congrats to electrons for having the greatest charge per mass. Neutrons are just unattractive.
