when electricity pass through a soft iron piece then it will turn to a electromagnet or a temporary magnet ..we can detect the poles by useing another permanent magnet...electromagnet has its magnetism only till the circuit is closed...when opened it will lose its magnetism...if helpful then please mark as brainliest and thanks
