In double fertilization, one male gamete fuses with ovum to form zygote.

But the second male gamete fuses with the central cell of embryo sac to form primary endosperm nucleus (cell). This cell having three nuclei and hence triploid. This cell will divide further to endosperm tissue (a group of cell) formed in seed. Sometimes the division of primary endosperm nucleus is free nuclear type. This tissue help provide food to growing zygote and also during seed germination provided that the seed is albuminous type.

Remember that ex albuminous seed dont have endosperm when the seed is ready to germinate.
