what is genes? How it go from one to another

here is your answer...

we know that our body is made up of cells. And all these cells have nucleus in common(except few). these nucleus contains chromosome in them , which further contain genes. These genes travel from one body to other and carry valuable information which is required for the functioning of the body. so we can say... Genes are the unit of inheritence.

these genes move from one body to another due to the clasp of two organisms. Male contains sperms which are essential for reproduction. And this sperm gas nucleus which contains genes and these genes fise with the genes of the female reproductive gaemete. And then the baby would have the characteristics of both of his/her parent's.
