Halley's comet is the most famous comet.
It is a comet that is only visible to humans every after 75 years.
The comet is named after english astronomer edmond Halley, who examined the reports of a comet approaching Earth in 1531, 1607 and 1682. He concluded that these three comets were actually the same comet returning over and over again, and predicted the comet would come again in 1758.

Halley's Comet (Comet Halley) is a comet which comes round every 75 or 76 years. When it is near, it can be seen with the naked eye. It will return in 2061.
