What is hypermetropia ? How can it be

Hypermetropia: is a common eye defect that occurs when light doesn't focus on the retina of the eye. It is also know as far/long sightedness.

It can be corrected by using a convex (outward facing) lens and it can also be corrected by doing laser surgery.
