The irony of this poem is :

The king Ozamandias considered himself as the King of Kings. So in order to immortalise himself he made his own statue but,he didn't knew that time is very powerful it takes away everything with it .The only thing which it cannot take away is the memory and the impression that one had on people's mind.

HOPE IT HELPS AND IF IT DID MARK IT AS BRAINLIEST PLZ:)

This trope describes none other than the hubris of mankind. Mankind being being a self centered species, has a tendency to think that world revolves around it.

In the end, nothing is left but ashes and the ruins of great effort gone to be waste and ironI call reason to despair, not because of man's inability to compete, but because of his insolence.

Hope it helps ☺
