What is joules of heating effect? How can it demonstrated experimentally?

Joule's Law of Heating States that.The Heat produced in a conducter is directly proportional to the square of the current flowing through that conducter and Directly proportional to the Resistance also directly proportional to Time so ya. Sorry if this is bad i suck at this stuff.

Joule's heating effect 

According to Joule's law of heating, the heat produced in a wire is directly proportional to 

(1) Square of current (I2) 

(2) Resistance of wire (R) 

(3) Time (t), for which current is passed. 

i.e., Heat producted, H = I2 R t Joules..
