I think you mean LINEAR PAIR AXIOM.

LINEAR PAIR AXIOM states that : "If a ray stands on a line, then the sum of the two adjacent angles so formed is 180○
It can be stated in reverse too
I.e., If the sum of 2 adjacent angles is 180○ , then a ray stands on a line ( that is, the non-Common arms form a line)
