volume is the total area it has occupied in space
density is mass per unit volume

It is the the measurement of inertia.
Inertia is a property of an object by which the object opposes the change in state of the object.
Inertia depends upon the mass of an object.
Mass of an object remains constant everywhere.

Volume :
Space occupied by an object is called volume .
Density = Mass / Volume
